Main function: Service & Installation
Responsible for providing technical service such as troubleshooting, installation, commission, maintenance and repairing of Company’s power system products and systems in order to ensure continuous function at the customer site and in compliance with quality and safety requirements.

Install, maintain, commission, troubleshoot and repair of the Company’s power systems in order to ensure continuous function of the Company’s power systems at the customer site in compliance with quality and safety requirements.

The Role:
Commissioning of both Industrial AC and DC power systems, battery maintenance, discharging and health checks. Timely completion and reporting of commissioning documents and relevant site paperwork. Use of I.T for uploading and downloading of configuration files.
Routine maintenance of UPS and battery systems. Timely completion and reporting of documents and relevant site paperwork. Us of I.T for uploading and downloading of configuration files.
Liaise with other departments and engineers to ensure site visits are carried out in a professional and safe manner.
Training of customers to use equipment and understand basic user functions.
Cover calls-out rota to support customers with 24/7 Powercare cover and to work unsociable hours i.e. Night work and weekends as required.
Promote the Company’s Power System maintenance contracts and Service wherever possible.
Experience/Training
What You Need to Have?
3 to 5 years of relevant experience within the power systems industry.
Good knowledge of industrial power systems products/applications/solutions.
Diagnostic and problem solving skills
Good base knowledge of PC (J Bus / Profibus / Modbus and other communication media) and programming skills.
Education
Diploma or Degree in Power Electronics Engineering or Electrical Power Engineering or any related disciplines.
Skills
Fluent in spoken and written English language.
